Unused machines can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Tuft the world offers a 1-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects.  Please reach out to us at [email protected] with a clear description of the problem you are facing.  Often, we can assist you remotely by suggesting adjustments that can easily be made at home with our instruction, or the guidance of our tutorials on Vimeo. 

Please note that the above warranty does not include coverage on machines that need repair due to customer misuse or accidental damage; it also does not cover customer adjustments that may cause mechanical issues.

Through this 1 year service warranty, domestic customers will receive free shipping and unlimited repairs for 12 months from date of purchase (customers must purchase with machine, or within 30 days of machine receipt).  International customers will receive covered shipment on the first repair, shipping on any additional repairs will be the responsibility of the customer.  

If customers do not opt into the service warranty, we offer repairs at rate of $75/ea.  If your machine requires a simple fix, your invoice will reflect the appropriate, lowered price.  Please e-mail [email protected] with your Tuft the World order number to begin a conversation about your repair needs.
